The UK CWC National Authority, part of the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy (BEIS), is responsible for implementing the Chemical Weapons Convention (CWC) in the UK. It collects information required under the CWC for onward transmission to the Organisation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW).
